We are seeking experienced Artificial Insemination Technicians to join our team on a full-time seasonal basis. As an AI Technician at Southern Reproductive, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality reproductive services to our valued clients. You will be responsible for performing artificial insemination procedures and ensuring the successful implementation of our clients' desired genetics.
Responsibilities:
Perform artificial insemination procedures on livestock, including Dairy and Beef cattle, following Southern Reproductives operating procedures, protocols and safety guidelines.
Ensure the proper handling, thawing, and storage of semen using the latest thawing technology.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the insemination process.
Keep detailed records of procedures, semen inventory, and client information.
Collaborate with clients to understand their reproductive goals and assist in the identification of other services that could be provided by Southern Reproductive.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Artificial Insemination Technician, with a strong track record of successful insemination procedures.
Proficient knowledge of reproductive anatomy and physiology of livestock.
Ability to work independently and remotely, managing your schedule and maintaining a high level of productivity.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal team members.
Strong organizational ability.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
